Haoxuan Application Solution

Labels & Graphic Materials

Facestock, adhesive, liner and print-process decisions for labels, graphics and converted media.

Labels & Graphic Materials

A Label Is a Layered Construction

Performance depends on the interaction between facestock, adhesive, release liner, ink, overlaminate and the final container or surface. Begin with the print and application process, not only the face material.

Specification Inputs

  • Paper, PP, PE, PET, vinyl or other facestock
  • Permanent, removable, freezer, high-tack or specialty adhesive behavior
  • Glassine, kraft or filmic release liner and release level
  • Printing method, ink, curing and overlamination
  • Die-cut shape, matrix stripping and dispensing speed

End-Use Review

Define container material, surface shape, temperature, moisture, chemical exposure, outdoor duration, barcode requirement and recycling objective. Curved or squeezable containers may need different conformability from flat logistics labels.

Converter Trial

Check printing, die cutting, stripping, dispensing and final adhesion together. A material that prints well can still fail at high-speed application if liner or release is mismatched.

What to Send

Provide the current construction, print method, label size, application surface, environmental requirement, roll direction, quantity and destination.
