Carton and Route Data
Describe corrugated board, recycled content, surface printing or coating, package weight, storage temperature, route climate and time between sealing and shipment. If possible, supply the actual carton for evaluation.
Printing and Private Label
Provide artwork, number of colors, repeat length, print direction, core mark, roll label, shrink configuration and carton mark. Approve a digital layout and physical sample before production.
Quality and Packing
Agree which dimensions and performance records are needed, how rolls are sampled, and how cartons and pallets are protected. Different test methods should not be compared as if they were identical.
